Description
Get ready to take the SOCOM military franchise with you, wherever, whenever this fall with the release of SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Fireteam Bravo. This original title created in association with the U.S. Naval Special Warfare Command will be available exclusively for the PSP? (PlayStation® Portable) entertainment system. It will offer fans of the multi-million selling franchise all-new single-player and wireless multiplayer gaming missions in four different Areas of Operation (AO). Players are tasked with completing 14 unique, realistic international single-player missions, including Chile, which is a unique AO only available in the PlayStation® Portable release.

  • As the SEAL commander, the player will be supported by an AI teammate executing traditional SOCOM team-based tactical, stealth and action gameplay. After successfully completing a level, players can replay the mission in an entirely new way through the ?Instant Action? option, with different objectives, enemy and object placement.
  • In addition, multiple players will be able to form clans and take on their friends for team based high-action gameplay in SOCOM Fireteam Bravo via a Wi-Fi* connection.
  • The hard work spent on single-player missions in SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Fireteam Bravo will pay off at home on SOCOM 3: U.S. Navy SEALs, exclusively for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system. SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Fireteam Bravo is one of the first titles for PSP to offer independent gameplay as well as PlayStation 2 interoperability with the latest game in the franchise, SOCOM 3, through ?crosstalk? objectives. Objectives completion in one SOCOM game will affect the overall play experience in both games. Once a crosstalk task is completed, the player will be notified and able to sync mission critical data from PlayStation® Portable to PlayStation 2 through a USB connection.
